Here is a youtube video that will describe parts of this but I would recommend you to go a course or read one of the books. There are elements that are not included in these videos and that you will not find out on the web.
How do I know this really works?
There are several studies that prove the benefits of TRE©.
Here you can find some information if you like to know more.
Can I do TRE© every day?
This is personal. Some people love to do this every day and feel better by doing it. For others, it can be the opposite and create more stress if you do it too often. Start once or twice a week and after a while, you can try three times. You will know your own limits.
Are there side effects at TRE ©?
It might pop up difficult emotions and feelings. If this happens, straighten your legs and stop the exercises for a while. Drink some water, walk slowly around and when you feel better, try again. You can feel a bit dizzy or maybe sick after doing TRE© but this will not harm you. It is the body helping you to get rid of the stress that you keep inside yourself.
For how long should I shake?
About 15-20 minutes. Try to have patience. After a while, the body will learn how to shake without you actively doing these exercises.
Book, Dvd or certified trainer?
Personally, I like the DVD because then I can watch it in my own home. All three variations will provide you with the right information about TRE©, so if you instead like to read this will work as good. Or if you want to meet someone to personally guide you, you just find a trainer/provider. Just make sure your TRE © trainer/provider has a certification.

I Love TRE and I do it every week but when I started out I really did not like it!
It made me feel sick and I always was very tired after each session. Deep inside I knew this was my body getting rid of tensions and traumas so I knew I had to keep going.
Fortunately, my will was strong and I kept doing this. Today I am happier, have lots of energy, and a feeling of peace inside.
Nowadays I mostly don´t feel sick after doing the TRE but sometimes it happens. Then I give thanks to my body for letting this garbage out!
If you are new to TRE take it slow is my advice. I pushed pretty hard because I wanted everything out at ones. If I would take it slow I think I would have a better first experience. Trust yourself and if you need a break, take it!
