What TRE© did for me
First time I did Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises I pushed hard and I felt sick. I slept about 4 hours after and was completely drained. I had much tension in my body and it wanted to get out so I pushed hard.
But, don´t get panic when you read this because…
Even if this was my first reaction, TRE© is one of the best things I ever stumbled across!
Normally nothing happens the first time accept that you just feel a bit silly lying down at the floor shaking…
I still use it every week because it gives me a sense of calm, peace in mind, I sleep better and I am much happier.
If you feel sick after the TRE, this means that your body is getting rid of whatever was there. This is a good thing! But normally nothing happens the first time. You just feel better! I normally feel nothing but sometimes I feel a bit sick. Then I know my body got rid of something and I give thanks to my body helping me.
If you feel overwhelmed or are scared you can just go at your own pace. I forced myself over my limit, you don´t have to do that.
In the DVD you will get to learn about what is good for you and what is not so that you get the great benefits but don´t get more trauma or tension. They give you clear instructions on what to do if you feel overwhelmed.
A friend of mine also loves TRE© and do this every day (!!). She told me that she for the first time was ably to meet things in her past that she previously couldn’t deal with. She said, that if it hasn´t been for TRE© she wound still dwell on this.
